We explain the offer in great detail with you so that you understand the terms and conditions. We advise on preparing a deposit, assist with a pre-inspection of the property, and step aside so that your lawyer can look at the offer as well. You will have many options when purchasing a property, so it’s important that we pick the best one for you. Our next step is offer presentation and negotiation, acting as an advocate on your behalf to get the best outcome. Successful Budgeting.

We will discuss your budget and things that are non-negotiable for you, closing costs and moving costs, so you are well informed about the big picture. We will go through the Buyer Agency Contract with you as well, so that you are aware of and comfortable with all the fine print.
